America's finest city is named after a XV century Franciscan lay-brother, Didacus (Diego in Spanish) of Alcalá, who was known during his life time for his great love for the sick and the poor and for several miracles, which continued also after his death. Come to St. Charles in Imperial Beach to attend a sung Traditional Latin Mass for the feast of our patron saint.
We have come to that time of the year when we are called to remember and pray for those who have fallen asleep. Come to St. Charles Parish in Imperial Beach, where Fr. Burt Boudoin will offer the Traditional Latin Mass in Latin to commemorate all the faithful departed. The Brothers of the Little Oratory and Chorus Breviarii will sing the hauntingly beautiful ordinary and propers of the Requiem and serve at the altar. All are welcome!
