First Vespers of Our Lady of Guadalupe was followed by a Missa Cantata Simplex for Pope St. Damasus. Chants included Kyrie Clemens Rector (ad libitum Kyrie no. 1).
The courtyard was decorated for the following day's festivities.
The statue of Our Lady of Lourdes on the Marian side altar was temporarily replaced with that of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Parishioners also installed an arch of roses.
A smaller Guadalupe shrine was set up as part of the post-Mass festivities on the actual feast day.
Some of us had Turkish coffee in the parking lot towards the end of the Guadalupe festivities.
